Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a deep understanding of our products or services.

Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
• Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers. Tailor presentations to address customer needs and concerns.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with potential customers. Handle objections and overcome challenges to secure deals.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Use market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
